The Office of the Arizona Auditor General has issued USFR Memorandum No.249. Arizona Revised Statute §15-914 requires audit firms performing school district audits to complete and submit a USFR Compliance Questionnaire to the Office of the Auditor General. Each district is responsible for providing a copy of the USFR Compliance Questionnaire to the audit firm contracted to perform the district’s audit. The provided USFR Compliance Questionnaire (MS Word) dated 9/10 supersedes the questionnaire dated 7/09 that was included in USFR Memorandum No. 240. Auditors must use the 7/09 questionnaire for any remaining fiscal year 2009 audits and use the new 9/10 questionnaire for fiscal year 2010 audits and thereafter.
